As hard as it is, because I am Italian and a major bread and pasta lover, I really try to steer clear of Gluten as much as possible. Obviously, I make several exceptions (pizza!) but in most cases, I try to find yummy and healthy alternatives! Below is a list of all my Gluten Free recipes! If you see an asterisk next to a recipe, that means it is also "Paleo-ish" :)
