3-4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon butter
5 cloves garlic
2 green onions, chopped
salt pepper
Directions:
- Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper
- Heat coconut oil and butter in a large pan
- Saute garlic 2-3 minutes
- Add salmon and cook about 4 minutes on each side. You will want to salmon to be browned on the sides and feel firm. Most important part is not overcook it!
- Garnish with green onions.
