2 tilapia fillets (1-2 per person)
1 cup basil pesto (I got mine from Costco its SO good)
panko bread crumbs
Directions:
- Wash and dry your fresh tilapia fillets
- Coat each fillet in basil pesto and then coat in panko breadcrumbs
- In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
- Cook the fillets for about 5 minutes per side until the crust is brown and the fish feels firm
- Serve!
