Ah-Maz-Ing Salmon!

Stephen just kept saying this salmon was incredible. It really was. SO delicious and easy and packed with Omegas! Seriously, make this! I served my salmon up with some garlic couscous and parmesan baked asparagus.

3-4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon butter
5 cloves garlic
2 green onions, chopped
salt pepper


Directions:
  • Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper
  • Heat coconut oil and butter in a large pan
  • Saute garlic 2-3 minutes
  • Add salmon and cook about 4 minutes on each side. You will want to salmon to be browned on the sides and feel firm. Most important part is not overcook it!
  • Garnish with green onions.
